Leaving the same house on foot.

Walk to the Swamp:

We can approach the Isberg Reservoir in less than 4km and only 90m of accumulated unevenness, all along passable roads we go from an urban landscape surrounded by terraced plains with crops mainly orange and almond trees to a much more rugged area, the reds and yellows of the riverside vegetation and cherry tree crops on narrow terraces that almost look like wide stairs.

 

We will arrive at the Casa del Pantano, the house of the construction engineers. From this point the path narrows, there are only 350m left to the same wall but this section will no longer be passable.

Continuing towards the wall we will go through a tunnel, when leaving the landscape changes completely, nestled between eroded stone cliffs with folds that form the slopes of the river, you advance to the same wall of the swamp.

 

The return, not to repeat the same route, can be done on the other side of the river.

 

Right on the wall you can cross the river, jumping between the large rounded boulders, we arrive at a farm road that will take us to Tormos or by taking a shortcut we can return directly to the house.

 

The complete tour is a 9.5 km walk without much unevenness, approximately 2 hours of walking.
